Position: Strategy Lead, Marketing Strategy & Operations Company: Hunter Hamilton/Client Office: Remote Pay: $45 - $60/hr. Type: W2 (benefits included) Assignment Length: ongoing through March 31st, 2025 About the Role Our Austin HQ'd client is looking for a Strategy Lead within Marketing Strategy & Operations to own short and long-term marketing strategy priorities within a specific project, lead key initiatives, and enable the marketing team to operate efficiently and scale productively. As an essential partner for your stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Finance, Sales, Customer Support), you will help define and drive Marketing's strategic direction. You will manage projects and operational processes to solve our toughest challenges and drive greater operational rigor within Marketing. You must have strong business acumen and operational aptitude as well as exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other internal teammates. You should have a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving, strong quantitative skills, and comfort addressing broad-reaching and ambiguous questions. Responsibilities
