Responsibilities Responsibilities: Draper pioneers mission-essential solutions for Space Navigation, Human Spaceflight and Exploration, Sensing and Space Domain Awareness, Space Control, and ISAM to secure American freedom to operate in space and explore the secrets of the universe for the benefit of humanity. The Program Manager reports to the Program Director and is responsible for profit and loss (P&L) of programs facing NASA, DoD, the Intelligence Community, and commercial industry, which span emerging technologies through system production, fielding, and sustainment. The Program Manager will be responsible for program execution and support business development activities for follow-on and future work. You will partner with Engineering and Business Functions to foster a culture of inclusivity reflective of Draper's core values and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA).
