We have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President - Development and Construction Management position. This individual will be experienced with all aspects of the construction process. They should have a thorough understanding of all phases of industrial real estate development including, but not limited to, entitlements procurement, permitting process, trades management, and tenant improvement specifications. This person will be a highly resourceful team player, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This position requires the highest level of confidentiality and diplomacy regarding all Cabot Properties, L.P. and Cabot Properties, Inc. information. Duties and Responsibilities:
