What is the SVP, Consultant Advisor responsible for?Reporting to the Head of US Consultant Relations, the SVP, Consultant Advisor will be an effective liaison between assigned consultant relationships across the US, focused on global regional boutique consulting firms, and the broader distribution and investment teams, ensuring that they are kept informed on all relevant activity at Franklin Templeton and with mutual clients. The successful candidate will focus on building and maintaining relationships with the manager research teams at consultants, while also covering field consultants, OCIO teams and other important business relationships within consulting firms. Overall, the successful candidate will coordinate consultant activities to maintain existing relationships, deepen relationships where appropriate, and develop new relationships for the firm's investment strategies across all Franklin Templeton business units. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to range between $230,000 and $260,000.
