The Engaged Grants Program Manager supports the management of community engaged grants sponsored by the Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) community engagement core known as CEARCH (Community Engagement to Advance Research and Community Health), through program coordination, grants management, evaluation, data management and partner engagement. CEARCH advances solutions to health issues important to all Minnesota communities by supporting bidirectional, authentic, research partnerships that address health inequities. This role supports all aspects of the grant making work of CEARCH including administering, monitoring, and coordinating two community engaged research grant mechanisms and facilitating the support of community and academic grantee partners. This position works under the direction of the CEARCH Assistant Director and functions collaboratively to assist in CEARCH program and administrative planning and program implementation. This role is hybrid, requiring 1-2 in-office days per week, with Wednesdays as our current in-office day. The expected salary range is $65,000-$70,000. (60%) Grantmaking program management
