Responsibilities

The "contract to hire" Escrow Closing Assistant (on-site) assists in reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels, pay offs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD settlement statements. This associate will ensures our homebuyers are satisfied with our service and develop/participate in marketing to attract and retain clients. Escrow Closing Assistants maintain and organize the office lobby, while courteously, cheerfully, and professionally welcome all guests. Answers and assists incoming telephone callers with polished telephone etiquette. Creates a positive image of Lennar Title.

  • Ability to process cash, loan, refinance and other transactions, independently, from contract execution to closing
  • Ability to spot potential closing issues and resolve timely and professionally
  • Prioritizes and meets deadlines and handle multiple tasks
  • Performs assigned clerical duties
  • Regularly monitors office supplies and orders needed supplies
  • Maintains the log books
  • Printer and copier administration and maintenance
  • Mailing, postage and distribution of mail


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Reception and/or customer service training preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience required
