Summary Position Summary This is food service production work responsible for providing leadership and direction to Food Services Workers and Room Service Representatives in a work area (Dish Room, Nourishments, Food Prep, Tray assembly and Tray Delivery). This work also involves performing the duties of a Food Services Worker and assuming supervisory responsibility during the absence of a Food Service Supervisor. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: N/A License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Knowledge of food production operations normally acquired through experience as a Food Services Worker. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to delegate duties as needed to appropriate employees. Ability to work well with others. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
