About You

Our Finance team is looking for a someone with an acute attention to detail, excellent communication skills, has ability to multi-task and is well-organized, thorough, and trustworthy.

We're looking for someone with:



  • 5+ years of project accounting experience at a professional services firm (required).
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to manage multi-phase tasks, prioritize workload, and problem-solve independently.
  • Ability to understand and translate technical details relevant to the industry.
  • Experience in A/E/C industry preferred.



About the Role

In this position, you'll work with a highly collaborative team to:



  • Ensure projects are set up and maintained in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Prepare client invoices in accordance with company billing policy guidelines.
  • Prepare and distributes monthly reports on project status including budget and forecasting for project reviews.


  • Review and process project related vendor and sub-consultant invoices.
  • Review and monitor project costs and performance.
  • Coordinate with project team to reflect changes in project scope or timeline.
  • Review accounts receivable to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Prepare final project close outs.



Location

This position can be onsite in one of our four offices in Washington state, hybrid, or remote depending on years of experience and location.
