Join us as a Quality Analyst, where you'll put your love of science to work in the Scientific Insourcing Services department. You'll receive all the training you need to successfully take on your new role and grow an exciting laboratory sciences career at Pace.

In this entry-level position, the candidate will manage and support complaint handling workflow for one or more healthcare products. Assure appropriate prioritization and timely closure of complaints. Assure compliance with all FDA regulations and internal procedures related to complaint handling.

Note: This is expected to be a one year position based on current workload.



RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll do

    Manage complaint handling workflow
  • Meet daily team and individual complaint handling output goals
  • Perform complaint investigation
  • Data entry and document retention
  • Process complaint events as required per internal and FDA regulations/standards
  • Visual inspection of samples


QUALIFICATIONS

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science.
  • Experience in a healthcare or direct care setting
  • Microsoft Office experience including Excel
  • Ability to learn new computer software quickly
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Self-directed and motivated
  • Highly attentive to detail
