Minimum Qualifications:
As a successful Grading Laborer you will have: - Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays. - Ability to hold and maintain a driver's license in accordance with all state - Ability to operate and maintain equipment

Role Overview:
This position is responsible to complete various laboring and small equipment operation tasks to produce quality asphalt or concrete paving project. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members. May also operate skidsteer, roller, tractor as needed.
