Position: Premium Services Intern (May 2024 - May 2025)

Department: Ticket Sales & Services

Status: Intern (Non-exempt)

Reporting Relationship: Reports to Senior Manager of Premium Services

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Assist in execution of game day and non-game day duties, Suite and Suite Club Suite Member events, hospitality events, concierge staff duties and specialized member amenity programs.
  • Manual labor required (in-suite/ gift or supply delivery, event implementation, etc.)
  • Assist in providing a specialized level of customer service to clients, members and vendors, including day to day operations, written correspondence, phone calls, account maintenance inquiries, appointment scheduling, follow up, ticketing and amenity inquiries, etc.
  • Execute events for members and clients throughout the year
  • Assist with New Member and retention-based touchpoints


  • Become familiar with the CRM and Ticketmaster systems including selling single game tickets


  • Represent the Carolina Panthers in various organizational promotions, charity functions, speaking engagements
  • Committed to the support of departmental goals and objectives, including budgets, sales goals, program development



Additional Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the overall success & meet goals of the Premium Services team
  • Administrative duties including filing, answering phones, and provide support to Ticketing Department
  • Assist the premium services team for Special Events (college football, concerts, etc.) as well as Charlotte Football Club
  • Other duties as assigned



Qualifications:



  • College Degree or actively pursuing a College Degree
  • Strength in teamwork, professionalism and time management
  • Must possess excellent oral, written, organizational and proofreading skills
  • Positive and mature attitude, team player, quick learner, self-motivated and responsible
  • Detail Oriented. Must be able to multi-task without frustration
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
  • Must pass pre-employment screens



Physical Requirements:



  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Walking throughout the stadium, which may include stairs.
  • Lift at least 30 pounds.



Work Environment:

This job operates mostly in an office environment and outside a stadium facility, which may include inclement weather conditions.
