Scope: Responsible for setting objectives and determining direction for facilities functions including maintenance, new construction, building and grounds, security and related facilities contractors. The Maintenance Manager is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers in accordance to our corporate goals, objectives and values. Will plan, direct, and coordinate, through staff and outsources services, activities concerned with the operation, repair, maintenance, and construction of facilities, equipment, buildings and grounds to minimize interruption and improve efficiency This position will oversee our facilities at both Bradford Rd and Southpark Lane in Littleton, CO. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Plans, prioritizes, assigns, supervises, and reviews the work of staff members responsible for maintenance and construction services in our corporate facilities, using best and safe practices. Monitors work for maximum efficiency, productivity and quality to assure high quality and timely service to all internal and external customers.
  • Makes recommendations for changes and improvements to existing facilities; implements approved changes; and monitors work activities and projects to ensure completion within the established codes, guidelines, and procedures. Inspects and evaluates work in progress to complete projects in accordance with codes and policies within a timely, cost effective manner.Develops capital expenditure requests for facilities related expenditures. Works with other department heads to plan and implement capital projects as required. Ensures projects are planned to minimize impact on production.
  • Inspects plant facilities and reviews inspection reports, to determine repairs, replacement, or improvements required.Maintains a safe work environment and inspects facility for potential safety hazards. Participates on facility safety committee.
  • Plans and administers building department budget. Reviews reports of expenditures for previous fiscal year and proposed improvements to facilities in order to prepare budget estimates for upcoming fiscal year.Monitors department expenditures, analyze and explain variances to plan. Updates department budget forecast as required (usually quarterly).
  • Ensures that the company complies with and supports all department and corporate policies and procedures, included but not limited to safety, security, environmental issues, building codes and OSHA guidelines.
  • Implements programs/projects with a commitment to green-building principles and current/emerging green best practices, including: green construction, energy efficiency/conservation, sustainability through recycling/reclamation, green maintenance/grounds-keeping, indoor air quality, etc.
  • Investigates and develops industrial programs to help protect the environment. Works with internal and external resources to identify and secure funding or skills needed for successful completion of projects.
  • Maintains building and grounds and ensure all facilities, tools and equipment are maintained in good working order and in a clean, safe condition.
  • Coordinates and defines preventative maintenance programs for equipment and facilities to assure maximum manufacturing capacity is available to meet business plan. Measures results and modifies programs for continuous improvement. Maintains contracts and develops positive relationships with all related vendors and contractors.
  • Participates in selection of staff; provides for continuing staff training; develops and sets goals, objectives, and procedures in line with company objectives. Provides necessary performance/development documentation. Implements programs to train employees in worksite safety and distribution practices.
  • Listens to understand customer requirements and takes prompt, appropriate action that exceeds expectations. Takes personal ownership of internal and external customer issues and follow through to ensure a lasting service impression. Develops customer relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism, trust and integrity.
  • Anticipates evolving customer technical and business needs and develop and/or execute the roadmap that exceeds customer expectations and requirements.

Essential Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to communicate and interface with departments to resolve problems. Working knowledge of operation and maintenance of facility management services, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, carpentry, blueprint reading, security systems and equipment maintenance. Knowledge of, and ability to, interpret and apply federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations as well as standard safety practices, occupational hazards, and proper procedures. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations (OSHA). Leadership ability and team building skills are needed to effectively supervise staff. Ability to assign and delegate work, problem solve and evaluate performance. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure and time constraints while using good judgment. Ability to perform complex inspections and assist others with inspection issues. Ability to implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives. Formal credentials associated with "green" certifications such as LEED AP, FMP, CFM, etc. preferred. Education and Experience: Education:
  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field
Required Experience:
  • 6-8 years of related experience
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$80,821 - $134,701

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
