Job Description Summary The Data Analytics and Reporting (DAR) team at Enterprise helps more efficiently and effectively achieve our mission by driving the organization's data strategy, analyzing, and reporting on organizational performance, and partnering with our business and IT partners to strengthen internal data systems.We are hiring a Director of Data Engineering to grow our data engineering practice and implement foundational pillars of Enterprise's long-term data strategy, including our first enterprise data warehouse. This is an exciting leadership opportunity at a time when the organization is making unprecedented investments to grow our data practices and infrastructure. The Director of Data Engineering must have proven experience in developing and managing an engineering team and implementing enterprise-scale solutions in a multi-faceted organization. They must be a champion for using data to advance Enterprise's mission, have experience prioritizing and delivering business use cases, and passionate about cross-functional collaboration. The position reports to the Sr. Director for Data Analytics and Reporting under the office of the Chief Operating Officer. Our data environment is currently under development, and we are in the process of migrating fully to Azure Cloud, utilizing SQL Server, Boomi Integrations, Azure Synapse, PowerBI, and other monitoring and governance tools. The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
