Call Center Sales Representative

We are looking for motivated, outgoing, full-time, experienced sales representatives to answer inbound calls and leads from potential customers. Enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with good communication skills, a genuine love of children, and who have a sales-driven mindset are a great fit for this role. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Have FUN while selling swim lessons to inbound phone and internet leads!
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through inbound leads via phone and email.
  • Answer phones and provide information about our swimming lessons.
  • Close sales and process payments.
  • Computer data entry into multiple platforms including class registration and CRM software.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of Emler Swim School programs and affiliate schools.
  • Able to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Work independently on a team of Call Center Sales Reps, collaborating as needed.
  • The individual in this position should be personable, highly-motivated, a good multitasker, a problem solver, reliable, ethical, intelligent, and able to adapt to changing environments.

Full training provided. Prior sales experience is required.

Successful applicants are required to attend training virtually and in-person. This position is remote eligible with the requirement to report in office as needed, potentially full time.

Schedules will be determined by the Call Center Supervisor. Employees will be expected to work a full time schedule that consists of 40 hours a week. Scheduled do not vary week to week, and various shifts are available.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Reliable access to phone, internet and computer, with a minimum internet download speed of 50 mbps
  • Proven sales experience
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong phone presence and experience following up with dozens of leads per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively without getting overwhelmed
  • Coachable and customer service oriented
  • Office space or desk space in a quiet environment with minimal distractions
