Pay | $19.50 per hour

Days | 8 AM - 5 PM

Requirements



  • Call center experience
  • Previous experience in a team-leading role
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent communication skills


The Customer Service Support Lead will be responsible for assisting the operations team, maintaining records of customer support tickets, resolving client issues promptly, working closely with internal and external customers, tracking and managing issues, and providing weekly reports to the team.
