Financial Aid Senior Operations Coordinator Current Madison College employees must apply to the internal career site by logging into Workday Job Posting Date: April 4, 2024 Application Deadline: Salary Information: $24.21 - $29.66 Department: System and Fiscal Operations Job Description: The Financial Aid office at Madison College is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for managing the import and export of ISIRs, COD files, and the reconciliation of Federal Grants and Loans. This role requires advanced knowledge of financial aid, attention to detail, analytical and organization skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. The Senior Operations Coordinator position is not student facing, yet plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the financial aid processes at Madison College This is a full-time, 52-weeks per year position, general working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. This position has the option to perform work remotely, with the expectation for in office work approximately one day per month. Subject to change per Madison College policy.
