The college aide will assist the administrative staff in overseeing and managing the costs involving inventory operations. Duties include monitoring transactions, update tracking database, gather and analyzing data, perform audits and assessments of orders (pending and fulfilled), and produce regular inventory reports. Candidate must also observe and be alert for any inconsistencies and discrepancies, dealing with tracking assignment of supplies to various field locations according to the policies and regulations. Must be able to maintain active communication all staff involved throughout the inventory process, for a smooth and efficient workflow. Minimum Qualifications For Assignment Level I: Preferred Skills
