What the role is The Freelance Recruiter champions the full life cycle recruitment process for the organization during a maternity leave. Work to understand our business objectives and work to find diverse individuals that represent our values to join our team. As the Freelance Recruiter at Chase, you'd... Priority in the role is to attract and retain talent. This includes responsibility for full cycle recruiting and potential assistance with onboarding Work with manager to create job descriptions for posting Sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for internal team members Checking references Get internal approval for offers Create and present offer letters Transfer candidate into pre-onboarding system What it requires Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus in recruiting Prior experience with full cycle recruiting Computer skills including: HRIS, ATS management and Microsoft Office Suite
