Lead Maintenance Technician

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will manage:


  • Oversee the management of maintenance.
  • Satisfying service requests such as light electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC/PTAC maintenance, etc.
  • Preparing apartments for turn-over, may include painting, appliance repair/replacement, plumbing, lock changes, etc.
  • Manage curb appeal by inspecting grounds and buildings.
  • Assist with snow removal if needed.
  • Complete on-call emergency maintenance.


Lead Maintenance Technician Qualifications:


  • Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Previous maintenance experience required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience in servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing a variety of items such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, standard appliances and pool maintenance (if applicable).
  • Must be able to read work orders / service requests.
  • Good safety habits.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
