Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator in Troy, OH. Our client manufactures tubular wire, stick electrodes, and solid wire designed to increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce cost while being committed to collaborating with end users and sharing industry expertise in ways that help improve the welding process.

Shift Details



  • 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 11 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM
  • 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 11 PM - 7 AM or 10 PM - 6 AM
  • Overtime may be required.
  • Temp-to-hire.
  • Pay | $19.40 per hour

Machine Operator Job Duties



  • Packing spools of welding wire, reading, and understanding documentation.
  • Supervising machines.
  • Maintaining specifications.
  • Ensuring accurate operation of equipment while adhering to quality standards for production.
  • Lift 60 pounds as needed.
