Tarifa: $20/hora.

Horario: El horario es de 7am a 7pm durante las horas pico, generalmente la primera parte del proyecto luego pasara de 8:00am a 4:30pm.

Deberes:



  • Realizar procedimientos de custodia estandar. Garantizar que se cumplan las normas de custodia. Mantener la limpieza de las instalaciones asignadas.
  • Lavar y desinfectar inodoros, lavabos y duchas y reabastecer los desechables.
  • Limpiar espejos y ventanas, quitar el polvo de los muebles.
  • Vaciar botes de basura y contenedores de reciclaje.
  • Banos limpios y de servicio.
  • Barrer y trapear pisos, aspirar alfombras
  • Mantener areas seguras y protegidas.
  • Informar problemas de mantenimiento y mal funcionamiento del equipo al supervisor.


Calificaciones:



  • Se prefiere seis meses de experiencia previa en custodia o conserjeria.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
  • Gran atencion al detalle y compromiso de ofrecer altos estandares de limpieza.
  • Conocimiento de tecnicas de limpieza, equipos y uso de productos quimicos adecuados.
  • Flexibilidad para trabajar por la noche o los fines de semana segun sea necesario.
