Aon is looking for a Senior Account Manager!

This is a hybrid position, reporting into our San Francisco, CA office.

What the day will look like:

  • Work as part of a client service team, in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Responsible for day-to-day servicing of complex portfolio of clients, ranging in size and industry.
  • Proactively coordinate renewal cycle to ensure all necessary steps are completed in a timely fashion including: coordinating strategy discussions, gathering client information, managing client requests and deadlines across the team, creating proposal documents and owning the post-renewal deliverables.
  • Manage and oversee the invoicing processing including premium financing throughout the year. Track payment from client to Aon and Aon to the carriers, as appropriate.
  • Become conversant with industry policy terms and conditions specific to the lines of insurance being serviced.
  • Engaged with our Service team to deliver Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID cards at renewal and per client's request throughout the year.
  • Work with Account Executives and brokers to address client requests and needs throughout the year in a timely and professional manner.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Minimum 2-3 years insurance experience
  • Brokers license preferred, or to be acquired within 90 days of start date
  • Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical abilities required
  • Team-oriented self-starter with the ability to organize, prioritize, monitor, and control workflow deadlines
  • Be energetic and have a proven sense of urgency

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 to $105,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of San Francisco, California. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
