THE JOB

The primary role of the Usher isto greet and engage with guests before, during and after the show, direct guests to their seating location and monitor each seating section to ensure our guests have an excellent experience. Through these duties, the Usher contributes to creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the standards of our iconic brand.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Greeting and interacting with guests, ensuring a high level of SHOW Service

  • Providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction

  • Creating memorable experiences that wow our guests

  • Following the guidance and direction of supervisors to meet the venue's needs

  • Escorting guests to their seats and attending to any requests they may have during the show

  • Adhering to the policies, practices, and procedures of the property and department

  • Monitoring guest behavior, including unauthorized photography or disruptions during the show

  • Addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally

  • Familiarizing yourself with the layout of the showroom and showtimes to assist guests effectively

  • Monitoring guest entry and exit points to maintain security and efficiency

  • Directing guests to their designated seating areas, such as VIP or General Admission sections, based on their ticket type

  • Performing any additional duties necessary for the success of the department

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Prior showroom, box office and/or events experience

  • Prior experience in guest service

  • Enthusiastic and takes pride in their work

  • Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences

  • Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression

  • Can handle multiple tasks at one time

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience

  • Availability to work varied shifts

  • One (1) year prior experience in similar role
