Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Master scheduler provides planning administration including scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, analysis, reporting, personnel planning, resource management and capacity planning, and other administrative duties as assigned.

The position is responsible for full range of the day-to-day planning and scheduling of various departments that are critical to function. End-to End activities.




  • Creation of standard work, stand sequence of planning process and overall calendar of events focused on customer satisfaction, shop floor execution and system optimization
  • Maintain data integrity of ERP planning parameters
  • Lead planning and development of schedules
  • Establish demand and planning time fences
  • Controls planning data, , lead times, order quantities
  • Ensure, with the cooperation of other stakeholders the division achieves and maintains the highest possible Customer rating for satisfaction and On Time Delivery
  • Create master production schedules to support customer service and inventory turn goals
  • Drive, promote and develop positive communication with Operations to improve throughput
  • Recognize marketplace requirements and create an environment in which the use of effective scheduling logic simultaneously produces realistic master schedules and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor/maintain accuracy and integrity of ERP input information (forecasts, order reconciliation
  • Manage & control workload data analysis including plant/ work center level / cell level
  • Conducts a demonstrated lead-time analysis and measures gap to published lead times
  • Develops a master schedule for a specific value stream, product class based upon MRP, level loading, inventory strategy, lot sizing
