Job Purpose ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, is a global leader in market data, analytics, and connectivity solutions. We provide a comprehensive offering of data services and products supporting the trading, investment, risk management and connectivity needs of customers around the world and across assets. The purpose of this role is to support the Associate General Counsel in advising and supporting a wide range of legal matters across the global ICE Data Services business units with a special emphasis on (i) reviewing requirements in connection with applicable regulations as they relate to ICE Data Services (ii) reviewing documentation and ICE Data Services processes and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and (iii) drafting and negotiating various types of agreements. This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for executing on a variety of work and working closely with the business and other attorneys in connection with applicable regulations as they relate to ICE Data Services as well as providing legal support to marketing, finance, and product development departments. Knowledge and Experience
New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between 133,900 - 175,100 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
