IAM production Support(Transmit, LDAP, Gitlab, Splunk)

Job responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support.
• Responsible for all IAM related deployments in PSP/PROD regions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents related to the following technologies:
• Transmit Security.
• Radiant Logic.
• Active Directory/LDAP, Gitlab, Splunk.
• Patching and system validation
• AWS Cloud technologies (familiarity with specific services like S3, EC2, etc. is a plus)
• Monitor system health and performance metrics to identify potential issues proactively.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Escalate complex technical issues to development, engineering, and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) teams for further troubleshooting.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed, which might involve supporting issues outside of standard business hours (9 AM EST - 5 PM EST).
• Maintain a strong understanding of information security best practices and industry regulations relevant to financial services.
