The Clinic Manager 1 provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of the clinic.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare or equivalent educ/experience
• 4 years' experience in healthcare with 1 year managing staff.
• 1 year of clinic management experience
• 1 year experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments.

Preferred qualifications:

• Internal applicants: Completion of Leadership Trainings. Such as Embark, Leadership Ground Works, etc.

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
