BUSSER/RUNNER

As a Busser/Runner on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:
- Set tables appropriately and/or prepare table resets for your shift.
- Daily successful completion of opening, running and closing side work.
- Stock from dishwasher clean glasses, silverware and dishes.
- Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning of glass, etc. Conduct spot sweeping and mopping of any dirty areas as needed.
- Stock bar and restaurant products.
- Replenish water glasses and bottles for customers and servers.
- Garbage removal (server area, dry storage and outside liquor room).
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and accommodate accordingly.
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Assist in running food to Guests as needed.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Other duties or tasks that may be assigned.
The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:
- Previous experience as a Busser and/or Runner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependability and regular attendance.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
