In this role, theFirst-Year Success Coordinator will help to support and build a winning program that gets moreAdvisors to engaged status and ensures strong training, coaching andadoption disciplines, while helping to ensure we achieve our stated successmeasures. The First-Year Success Coordinator will report to the Director, First-Year Success and workacross functional lines to ensureAssetMarkdelivers an extraordinary first-year journey so impactful that it becomes a strong selling feature, inspiresloyalty, recommendations, and accelerates the deep connections thatAssetMarkalready creates with engaged Advisors after the first year. We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to one of our following offices: Phoenix, AZ, Concord, CA, Encino, CA or Chicago, IL. Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $50,000-$60,000. This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for a comprehensive sales incentive package and competitive benefits. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
