As the Senior Analyst, Ecommerce Demand Planning you will own and ensure a rolling 18+ month forecast is developed, reviewed, published, and adjusted as needed by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain for the Demand Planning Department specific to the ecommerce channel. You will manage a list of ecommerce SKUs across multiple business units. This position is a key driver in creating and managing the true consumer demand signals by which to align the rest of the Supply Chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead collaboration calls with Key ecommerce sales accounts to review and adjust future forecast based on customer inputs.

  • Analyze historical and future demand inputs such as distribution changes, price changes, new products launch, and calculate their impacts on demand by working with the ecommerce and Amazon team.

  • Make recommendations to enhance business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies in ecommerce channel.

  • Work with cross-functional partners on projects such as new product launches, obsolescence, and transitions to evaluate assumptions- new product forecast, pipeline fill, and cannibalization.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance on advertising and promotional plans and evaluate against performance from similar historical activities. Own and gain support for recommendation to business partners.

  • Work with Market Demand Planner to make sure the ecommerce plans are incorporated into the business specific demand plans.

  • Conduct monthly root cause analyses on forecast error and identify corrective actions.

  • Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators, while driving continuous improvement

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field and 2-4 years of relevant work experience or military experience considered in lieu of education requirement OR Master's Degree in Operations Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field and 1-3 years of relevant work experience or military experience considered in lieu of education requirement

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Three years of combined experience in Demand Planning

  • Experience in the CPG industry

  • Experience with planning applications such as SAP, APO, Kinaxis, or SAS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across all levels within the organization.

  • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Position is Full-Time, regular business hours, Monday-Friday

  • Office work environment

  • Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
