You will be responsible for company-wide compensation and recognition programs, including both tactical and strategic aspects. You'll provide conceptual and technical leadership in developing, implementing and maintaining programs, including base salary, variable comp and performance recognition plans. The role has a strong technical component, as you will not only work within multiple systems, but also ensure these systems are accurate and effective.

To be a good fit for the Compensation Manager opportunity, you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation, including design and execution.

  • Solid leadership and management skills.

  • A demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Technical savvy and hands-on experience in navigating enterprise compensation systems.
