General Purpose and Scope of Position: The Director of Applications - Commercial Excellence (Cx) reports to the Vice President of Enterprise Applications and is accountable for the complete Cx application lifecycle management for Wilbur-Ellis' enterprise Cx applications. This position will provide strategic leadership across the Wilbur-Ellis business line commercial excellence teams and develop innovative strategic application plans and roadmaps aligned to the achievement of correlated business outcomes. The position will also coordinate and direct all activities related to application execution such as design, architecture, integration, development, testing, and implementation. The position will also be responsible for the operational excellence of all Cx applications including contracts, Cx application helpdesk tickets, budgets, compliance, security, and SLAs. In this role, The Director of Applications Cx will collaborate closely with Cx business partners (Sales and Marketing), IT Teams, Strategy Development and Execution, Security, Technology and Enterprise Support. You will lead a collaborative environment in which PMs, BAs, Architects, and developers can thrive and work effectively with other IT teams to deliver quality implementations. You will oversee the IT service providers and other vendors delivering services and you will provide direction and management of direct reports, including matrixed reports. Lastly, as the leader of this group, you will develop direct reports and develop goals that align with the Cx applications roadmap. Key Skills and Abilities Include:
