Meeting & Events Intern

Celebration of Service Duties:

• Connect weekly with the Hilton for reservation updates
• Assist with hotel reservations as needed
• Keep the master data for flight arrivals and departures
• Communicate transportation needs with the transportation company
• Assist with flight reservations when possible
• Monitor and respond to questions that come in from the event website

Additional Duties as Assigned:

• Assist with direct hotel communication and coordination of rooming lists as needed for meetings and trainings being held at our Milwaukee Headquarters, as well as various Arbon locations. Enter some of those hotel reservations as passive segments into the travel computer system.
• Upon completion of meetings, update the meetings spreadsheet to document total spend figures for hotel accommodations, food & beverage and Audio Visual. Upon completion of training sessions, update the training spreadsheet with number of participants, total hotel rooms and total spend.
• Provide detailed meeting itineraries/agendas as needed to meeting organizers.
• Assist with the clarification of Audio Visual and Food & Beverage needs for meetings and trainings to be held at Headquarters as well as update the Banquet Event Orders as needed
