We are actively seeking a Night Shift Logistics Supervisor for our Fargo plant. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementation and maintenance of the manufacturing activities of a specific area. You will ensure the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.



Responsibilities

    Manage and direct a core team of people to meet quality and productivity targets necessary to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily take time to meet production goals.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constrictive feedback and coaching
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures.
  • Hire and oversee training.
  • Ensure PIV compliance.
  • Oversee replenishment, in order to ensure accurate stock levels for operational needs.

  • Communicate objectives and other necessary information to employees via written postings and employee stand-up meetings.
  • Manage time and attendance software including vacation schedule, sick calls and employee coverage.
  • Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant's manufacturing processes.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

The annual salary for this role is $63,375 - $84,500 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)



Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 4 or more years of manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse experience
  • 2 or more years of demonstrated leadership ability
  • Must have valid drivers license in order to operate company vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in warehousing and/or receiving is a plus
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement exposure
  • Past supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • Ability to read prints and SOPs
  • Working knowledge of equipment and tools used in a manufacturing environment
  • APEX and CLT Certificates preferred.
