SUMMARY

As a Demand Gen Web Designer at Avetta, you'll join our Brand Design team with a primary focus on delivering comprehensive designs to address identified challenges. You'll take ownership of design projects, working closely with your team triad to ensure successful outcomes. To excel in this position, you will need to thoroughly understand the Avetta brand and demonstrate familiarity with our competitors, their solutions, and the identification of gaps in the market. Additionally, a deep understanding of Avetta's target demographic and buyer personas, as well as insight into the users of our product, including their tasks, use cases, and goals, will be essential in shaping our design strategy.

Candidates within commutable distance to Houston or Dallas are preferred, but those outside of an office area may be considered. If residing within commutable distance to our office in Lehi, Dallas, Houston, Calgary, or Irvine, a hybrid schedule would be offered (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Own the development our brand's visual identity on the web, demonstrating proficiency in brand design fundamentals, and collaboration with cross-functional colleagues
  • Own the delivery of website design requirements, while understanding project requirements and concepts
  • Create amazing experiences and pixel perfect designs, working with other Designers, product and marketing teams on a regular basis
  • You will be expected to align your work with the overarching strategy and vision of Avetta, spanning the company, the product, your program, your group, and your team
  • Manage holistic brand design flows across the team, and design coherent design systems
  • Develop and thoroughly understand the Avetta brand and demonstrate familiarity with our competitors, their solutions, and the identification of gaps in the market.
  • You will play a pivotal role in structuring information coherently, exploring diverse problem-solving approaches, utilizing our design system, and adhering to the principles of good brand design.
  • Leveraging Website analytics to drive strategies that increase traffic, clicks, and conversion


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Undergraduate degree in design (or related field) or comparable professional experience.
  • 2-5 years' experience in a graphic design role or similar role
  • Experience in Web Design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques
  • Expert proficiency in brand design fundamentals is a must
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing design needs and priorities
