Department Organizational Operations & Administration - Pact's Organizational Operations and Administration (OOA) team is responsible for the efficient, operational integrity of Pact, driving continuous operational improvement across the organization to ensure the organization is able to accomplish its strategy and mission, while also responsible for managing Pact's travel program and Washington, DC facilities. Working closely with all business units, OOA leverages project management and process improvement best practices, AI, automation, and other technology to ensure that Pact staff have access to the information, tools, and facilities they need to deliver on their work Position Overview The Operations and Technology Officer supports the goals of Pact's Organizational Operations and Administration team to drive operational integrity and continuous improvement as Pact seeks to be on the cutting edge of leveraging technology and agile process improvement to drive efficient and effective operations. The team accomplishes this by leveraging and promoting the use of AI and automation (e.g., Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform), continuous improvement and project management approaches (e.g., Agile and Lean), and a suite of business productivity tools (with Microsoft 365 as the foundation) to ensure staff have access to the information, tools, and facilities they need to deliver on their work. This position provides a unique opportunity to be exposed to, work on, and take leadership over a wide variety of operations functions at a leading international NGO. Candidates are not expected to have deep knowledge and experience in all of the areas listed below; an ideal candidate has the ability and passion to quickly and independently learn new skills and technology and to teach these new skills and technology to colleagues. Key Responsibilities Operational Efficiency
Support the implementation of Pact's AI and automation strategy and support the automation of Pact's operations, leveraging the Power Platform and other tools and systems by building apps and automations to help Pact work more efficiently and effectively

Employee complies with all company policies and procedures, including completing all compliance training topics by the deadline to satisfy each and receiving the corresponding acknowledgment statement that the training has been completed. All other duties as assigned Basic Requirements
