We are currently offering a $8,000 Hiring Incentive

$8,000 Hiring incentive paid after 100 days of employment.

Our competitive salary is $110,000 per year.

As an Executive Center Director, you will:

  • Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to build and maintain an inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.

  • Implement proactive communication and regular meetings with employees to build strong teams.

  • Conduct the daily responsibilities of operating the center, including guiding the center leadership team and providing feedback to help each employee grow.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education is required

  • NYS Teaching Certification (B-2, N-6, 1-6, Special Education) is required

  • At least two years experience in Center Leadership, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

  • At least three years of professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children required

  • At least six years of center leadership and teaching experience in a high-quality program required, experience in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

  • Supervisory experience in a client-based, large, or multi-site child care center required

Compensation Range: $110,000 per year

The range of compensation listed here or that may be discussed in the interview process is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
