Position Summary: We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support our growing innovative Life Science and Bioprocessing platforms (including but not limited to REBEL, ZipChip, MAVERICK and MAVEN). The successful candidate will provide on-site and remote customer assistance, including product installation, training, and email/phone support. With the rest of the Customer Service and Quality Engineering (CSQE) team, you will ensure that each customer receives premier support along their journey with our products. You will regularly interact with our commercial field and internal teams to provide feedback on customer experiences and opportunities for the future development of the Life Science and Bioprocessing platforms. The position will be field based out of the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States, with roughly 60% travel. Key Responsibilities:
