The Collection Specialist role involves close interaction with various departments within Kenworth, PACCAR Parts and Peterbilt, as well as within the Kenworth & Peterbilt Dealer Networks for the U.S. and Canada. This role plays a critical function to ensure PACCAR gets paid for the sale of Trucks and Parts in the U.S. and Canada. The person in this position is the primary liaison with all PACCAR global credit teams on the submission and tracking of requests for credit line approvals and plays a critical role in the timely review of parts orders for processing.
