Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics specific to your business function.
- Perform in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to your business function.
- Collaborate with the central data team to align data analytics initiatives, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and standardization of data across the organization
- Work closely with the central data team to leverage their expertise in data management, data governance, and data architecture to optimize data workflows and ensure data integrity
- Participate in data governance activities led by the central data team, including data quality assessments, data documentation, and data security measures
Qualifications
- Experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Analyst
- Proficiency in Power BI, Quicksight, Tableau or similar data analysis tools
- Solid understanding of relevant concepts and metrics
- Ability to work with large datasets, perform complex data manipulations, and derive meaningful insights
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Continuous learning mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, enthusiastic approach to design and delivery
Preferred:
- Experience in SQL and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with data engineering, data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence
