Manager of Product Enablement Delivery

The Manager of Product Enablement Delivery leads and develops a high - performing team of instructors, overseeing the logistics of live engagements. This role fosters collaborative relationships to benefit Product Enablement and Workiva, allowing this function to grow on a global scale. The Manager of Product Enablement Delivery is responsible for assessing work quality, addressing resourcing needs, developing employees, and managing daily operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Hire and manage internal and contracted instructors, building a pool of high performing Subject Matter Experts.

  • Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and feedback to support team performance and development.

  • Coordinate Subject Matter Expert responsibilities with Content Development teams.

  • Review existing training content regularly and update as needed.

  • Establish and manage a feedback loop for live engagements, analyzing customer feedback and audience data.

  • Apply adult learning principles to develop and deliver learning experiences.

  • Create schedules and scheduling models to optimize instructor resources for company needs

  • Collaborate with Ops/systems to develop and maintain a platform for live engagement delivery.

  • Utilize critical thinking to develop solutions and plans independently.

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external consumers to identify training needs to grow the function to a global level.

What You'll Need:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of experience building and delivering training content in a SaaS environment

  • 2+ years of experience direct people management experience, including supervisory experience of supervisor and/or individual contributors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing instructors preferred

  • Experience building and delivering training content on an education team

  • Solid background in project management

  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly functioning, globally distributed teams and develop scalable processes

  • Data-centric reasoning for strategic decision-making

  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to provide appropriate responses

  • Strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and follow through

  • Ability to give and receive feedback professionally

Remote - Ready Excellence:

  • Up to 25% travel required

  • Reliable internet access for remote work

How You'll Be Rewarded

Salary range in the US: $87,000.00 - $148,000.00

A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
