Overview Responsible for creating innovate and engaging learning solutions that link to key business strategies. Collaborates with key stakeholders to define learning objectives and measure learning outcomes. Designs and develops learning solutions using various instructional design methods that focus on improving organizational performance. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization. Responsibilities
Performs learning needs analysis to fully define root cause of learning needs and provide learning strategy solutions to meet the needs.
