The job requirements for a position focused on project contract execution in a turn-key EPC framework. This includes ensuring the project execution in accordance with the contract terms, tracking any deviations, change orders, negotiating with the EPC contractor and other contractors working for the project. Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and legal regulations. You will collaborate with various departments, stakeholders, and external parties to facilitate successful contract management.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, project management, law, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in managing EPC contracts.

Experience: Proven experience of project-based contracts management. At least 5 years of experience in managing EPC contracts. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge: Understanding of contract law and regulations. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Attention to detail in reviewing and drafting contracts. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze contracts for potential risks and opportunities. Problem-solving skills to address contract-related issues.

Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Contract Management Software: Familiarity with contract management software tools. Ability to adapt to and effectively use new technologies. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms for the organization.

Risk Management: Understanding of risk management principles related to contracts. Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks in contracts.

Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and contract terms.

Ethics and Integrity: High ethical standards and integrity in dealing with contractual matters.

Legal Knowledge (optional): Basic legal knowledge or working closely with legal teams to ensure compliance.
