    Weekly production bonus

Responsibilities

Several Opportunities 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions available.

  1. BASIC FUNCTION: Assemble and pack bedding components while exceeding customer quality and expectations.

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assembly Process

  • Assemble bedding components through gluing applications.
  • Create bed structure from schedule
  • Must know and able to identify foam types
  • Create and issue tags through SAP
  • Visually inspect, measure dimensions, and prepare for packaging.
  • Must work towards daily production goals

Packaging Process

  • Must read and understand customer packaging specifications as required.
  • Visually inspect, measure dimensions, and prepare for packaging.
  • Set-up and operate convoluter as needed.
  • Create and issue tags through SAP
  • Poly wrap, label, and stage product as required by customer order

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must use basic math skills to count foam components.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to solve problems in a practical manner.

  • Frequent heavy lifting 51lbs. - 100lbs. packaging supplies, empty pallets, & foam
  • Heavy pushing/pulling 50lbs. - 100lbs. stacks of foam
