Civil Project Manager job details:

Pay: Up to $120,000/yr.

Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating/managing civil site work projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
  • Experience with project coordination and working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.


Job Description



  • Attend pre-construction meetings.
  • Manage projects including set up, production, budget, labor, and cash management.
  • Ensure compliance with the contractor and owner.
  • Develop the schedule, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource equipment.
  • Report and document any changes.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and estimating department.
  • Obtain permits and licenses for construction sites.
  • Oversee the construction site via the onsite superintendent.
  • Allocate resources.
  • Prioritize safety and other responsibilities as assigned.
