GCBHS has an immediate opening for a Scheduler to coordinate client scheduling and maintain therapist schedules. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities for Scheduler:

• Schedule new client appointments and reschedule canceled appointments
• Maintain internal client waitlists and provide follow up calls
• Manage therapist caseloads and schedules to ensure efficiency
• Enter referrals and client information into system
• Obtain client insurance information and payments when needed
• Provide backup support for front desk as needed
• Respond promptly to client inquiries in a friendly, professional manner

Requirements for Scheduler:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Excel preferred
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
