JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and help Intrepid find the right people for the right roles. We are seeking someone who is passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers. The ideal candidate will have experience in Recruitment and Human Resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and the hiring processes. The ideal candidate for this role would also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.

* Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

* Work closely with other recruiters, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

* Implement best practices in recruitment, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

* Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

* Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.

* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

* Attend and participate in college fairs, job fairs, and recruiting events and sessions.

* Build and maintain partnerships with external agencies to include but not limited to: Universities, trade schools, and local and state government agencies, in an effort to strengthen Endeavors' relationships within all of the communities that we impact.

* Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar degree. A minimum of 3 years of equivalent work experience can be used in lieu of a degree.

EXPERIENCE: Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a track record of successfully filling positions at various levels. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.

LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record. PHR preferred, Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.

VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.

OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.

EXCEPTIONS TO THESE CRITERIA MUST BE APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT HEAD.
