Residential Loan Officer

The Residential Loan Officer is responsible for developing and expanding the residential loan base of the Bank through the profitable growth of its market share of residential mortgages.

- Manage real estate lending process for loan applicants, ensuring that interviews are conducted, and that necessary financial information is on hand for efficient loan processing.

- Develop new business opportunities and sustain valuable relationships to ensure that banks continuous expansion and business development.

- Thorough knowledge of residential mortgage lending, collateral valuations, appraisal procedures and documentation.

- Thorough knowledge of bank accounting, regulations, policies and procedures as it applies to the lending function.
