About the Team You will be part of the Customer Relationship Marketing team responsible for managing and optimizing the advertising investment across our paid marketing channels including digital, email, and print. Our job is also to ensure we are innovating and executing marketing campaigns across programs and channels that drive new customer acquisition as well as increased mindshare and wallet share with our existing customer base. You will ensure our marketing investments are delivering against core KPI's and that your marketing campaigns are aligned with the brand's key initiatives and growth strategies. Overview of the Role As an Analyst, you will focus on driving sales by helping optimize the email + print programs. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the email circulation plan, analyzing performance to identify trends and opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and flawless campaign setup. A successful candidate should have experience in marketing and possess strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. You must have the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing multi-channel retail environment. Responsibilities

The expected starting pay range for this position is $71,500 - 82,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
