Pay: $17 per hour 1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM While working as a Receptionist you will be responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and transferring calls as required, handling high call volume, welcoming on-site visitors, determining the nature of business, and announcing visitors. This position will receive all incoming packages, manage all incoming and outgoing mail from US Postal Service and Sate lite facilities daily, prepare all mailing items, prepare and maintain a log of all certified mail, assist with administrative tasks as a backup to HR Department, help coordinate various meetings and company events, assist with various departments with miscellaneous administrative tasks, other duties as assigned, stock breakrooms, order office supplies, filing as needed, prepare files for interviews, and assist the payroll manager with the setup of new temp to hire employees, review timesheet approval and run reports for various agencies. This position requires the candidate to have excellent communication skills to be able to converse with dealers, vendors, and employees via phone and email, read, write, and speak English fluently, and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant, and excellent problem resolution skills. Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word programs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, be able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment, work in a team environment, and have a high school diploma or GED.
